"Our home at 2308 S. Seminole Dr., In Independence, Missouri was built in September 1990, by Herb Goldsmith. The house is built on approx 1/3 acre in size. The construction of the home is brick front, stucco with light gray vinyl siding with Low E energy efficient windows installed in 2004. We replaced our roof in September 2008 with GAF Timberline, 100 miles hour shingles.

We will purchase the additional year warranty with the home upon request.

The neighborhood is exceptional with very caring neighbors. We have community garage sales together and enjoy 4th of July fireworks together and help each other during vacations. Our neighborhood has the superintendent of Independence Schools with multiple educators in the area. Our Chamber of Commerce of Independence has lived in the area for approx. 10 years and raised their children here with us."
