A Note from the seller-
"Just a quick note about our house. When I moved here from Iowa, I was looking for a smaller city, but one that was not in the middle of no where. We looked at several different cities in the area, but when we came across city of Blue Springs, we knew this was the city we wanted to move to.
We found a city that was similar to the one we came from in Iowa. 
One that was far enough away from the "big city" life and busyness, but yet you could be at the Kansas City Chiefs or Royals stadium or even down town in just 20 minutes. We also enjoy the fact that we can leave our house and be fishing on Lake Jocomo (Flemming Park) or Blue Springs Lake in just 10 minutes. There have been several days that I would get up in the morning, while every one was sleeping, go fishing for a couple of hours and still get back to the house in time for breakfast. The parks and picnic areas are beautiful in these two places - wooded areas and the two lakes are a beautiful setting for sure.
Our house is in a sub division called Still Meadows. We are in the last faze of this subdivision. Our house backs up practically to Lake Jocomo/Flemming Park. There are very few houses behind us - mainly trees and and animals. Often times, our housing area is visited by wildlife. We have seen deer and turkey often. And the birds.....what varieties and colors!
The schools system here in Blue Springs are the greatest. The elementary, middle school and 9th grade center, as well as Blue 
Springs South High School have some of the best and helpful teachers that I have had the pleasure of interacting with. All in all, we are very happy to live in such a great community such as Blue Springs, and should we sell this house, will be definitely be staying here in Blue Springs."
