We have lived in this great house for just over 3 years. We have enjoyed our time in the hyouse and ready to move on. One of the things we have liked the most about the housr is the updates still retain the charm of an solid home (they don't make them like this anymore). Ther i sgreat brick work that can be seen throughout. It starts with the entire brick front facade giving the home incredible curb appeal (as you can see in the picture) and continues through the house. there aer TWO brick fireplaces, one upstairs in the living room and one in the huge, open lower level just waiting to add almost 1,000 more square feet. The brick we like the most is the arch'd decorative brick wall that separates the living room and the dining room.

The kitchen, living & dining rooms are all very open to each other which is rare to find in home like this.. One thing we looked for when buying was a main floor laundry.
